GET BACK TO BASICS

(IMPORTANCE OF SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINES)

Bearing fruit cannot be something that becomes a burden, bearing fruit must be a product of our spiritual life, growth, multiplication and fruit will come as a response to the strengthening of our intimacy with God, hence the importance of returning to the essentials, the strength of a christian is in his spiritual life, in his ability to carry out a genuine intimacy with the Lord through the tools that He himself has designed for us and to develop daily those spiritual disciplines that make a christian a person with the power and support of God for everything He does and undertakes.

The spiritual disciplines are practical habits that help us to grow in our relationship with God, to bear fruit in all areas and to advance in the vision that the Lord has entrusted to us, the vision without spiritual disciplines does not give results, because every strategy that God gives us must be supported by the power of the Holy Spirit. It is not about doing the vision in your strength or with purely human methods. It is necessary to have a deep and continuous communion with the Lord so that He can take us from victory to victory and we can conquer the abundant fruit that He has for us.

These spiritual disciplines are:

Psalms 100:4

Worship is the way to express love and gratitude to God for his creation, for His salvation and for His constant presence in our lives.

To grow in your relationship with God and bear fruit in the G12 Vision it is important that daily in your intimacy with God, you begin with a time of worship, praise, exaltation and gratitude to God manifesting how important and necessary He is for your life and how as you know Him deeply you will understand that in His heart is the longing for the salvation of souls and the edification of souls until they reach the fullness of Christ.

Enter into the presence of the Lord with genuine worship, delight in His presence daily, for nothing else but Him deserves all honor!

 

Exodus 34:27

The devotional is a specific time dedicated to read, meditate on the word of God, pray and then write in a notebook all that the Lord wants to speak to your heart (command, promise and application), it is important to understand this spiritual discipline, apply it to make decisions guided by the Holy Spirit and in turn acquire growth and maturity in the circumstances that arise, take your notebook, read the word of God, pray and write there what the Lord ministers to your heart, write down how He will guide you to win souls, consolidate them, form them and prepare them to reproduce what they have received, He wants you to keep in mind the promises you will receive to see fulfilled the dream of fruitfulness, multiply and extend the kingdom of God to the nations of the earth.

Write down what God speaks to your life through the devotional, it is God’s advice and guidance to fulfill the great commission and His purpose in you!

• Reading and Studying God’s Word:
  Joshua 1:8
  Reading and studying the Bible is a way to learn more about God and His will for our lives, it helps us to understand in a clearer way what we should do, what steps to take and in turn gives us spiritual growth to face challenges that arise, make reading plans and Bible studies that will help you grow, but in turn to understand the Vision and how the Lord Jesus developed it to transform lives, families and ministries in order to extend the plan of salvation.

   

  Read and study God’s word, there are the richness and source of your growth and fruitfulness!

• Prayer:
  1st Thessalonians 5:16-18
  Don’t make your prayer a routine, prayer must be genuine and must connect you with God’s presence and will for your life.

   

  In your prayer time, cry out to the Lord for the salvation of souls, for the forgiveness of their sins, for God’s mercy to be extended to them and for many to be redeemed by the blood of Jesus, pray for workers who long to do the Vision and want to extend the Salvation of the Lord, do not forget that winning souls for Christ begins in secret, it begins when we intercede and understand that God wants to use us to win souls and snatch them from hell.

  Your prayer has power, prayer is what transforms circumstances!

Isaiah 58:6-11

Fasting is a practice that consists of abstaining from eating and drinking for a certain time or period, in order to purify the body, the soul, grow in spirit and grow closer to God. Jesus before beginning His ministry fasted and submitted to the will of the father. To reach more souls for Christ it is important to have times of fasting, submission, humiliation before the Lord and receive the humility that is required to present the love of Christ to the lost, develop habits and times of fasting with your ministry and allow God to reveal to you His will and the plan He desires to reach those who do not yet know Jesus.

Humble yourself before God and seek the Lord with all your heart, fasting will help you to seek Him so many can see Jesus in you!

 

Mark 9:35

Service is the way to help others and in turn to show the love of God to this world that walks in darkness, it begins in the spiritual, in the secret and in intimacy with God, only there we can understand the revelation of genuine service and how to do it correctly, Jesus left us a mandate in Mark 9:35, “be servants of all”, knowing that a heart that serves is a heart after the Lord’s heart and that what you do for others you do directly for Him.

In the G12 Vision service is essential, you will grow and multiply when you decide to serve God by serving your neighbor, use your gifts, decide to be part of an area of your church and serve there with all your love and dedication.

Serve the Lord with what He has given you, He will use your gifts, your talents and your leadership to bless many and extend His love and compassion!

Do not forget that to carry the ministry in a correct way and without it becoming a burden, is to carry it according to how Jesus did it, always contemplated in secret and at the voice of the father, the step to follow and how to do it, Jesus manifested, “I can do nothing of myself; as I hear, so I judge; and my judgment is just, because I do not seek my own will, but the will of him who sent me, the Father”. (John 5:30), so go back to the essentials, go back to the secret with the Father, there you will understand that the ministry is not done in our strength, but by the power of His Spirit.

THE CHURCH THAT WILL RECEIVE THE GREAT HARVEST

BY G12 VISION

The international G12 Conference – THE GREAT HARVEST, was held from January 23th to 26th, 2024 in the city of Bogota- Colombia, which was attended by more than 18 thousand people and more than 40 countries around the world. In this conference we learned about the importance of interpreting the language of dreams as the language of God, and we received the power and fullness of the Holy Spirit to reach the promises that the Lord has for each one of us. 

It was a time where God poured out His vision (Wheat), joy (Wine), and anointng (Oil) upon us as Joel 2:24 says, fulfilling his promises to transform nations, restore families and carry out his purpose with his church. We, as believers, have the responsibility to be consequent with the mission of taking the love of Christ to every corner of the earth. 

Which church will receive the Great Harvest at this time?

Ezekiel 47:1-2

Dreams are the way God speaks to us, and it is wonderful to be able to understand His language to receive His blessings. When we follow Christ and put our own dreams aside, that’s when God’s promises begin to manifest in our lives. Don’t forget that God’s dream for you is full of life and purpose.

A church that dreams, will receive the outpouring of the Holy Spirit!

 

Revelation 3:20

Worship is the manifestation that we love the Lord and this should be reflected in everything we do. Worship unleashes the power of God and reflects our love for him.

A worshiping church receives God’s heart to demonstrate His love!

Daniel 1:8-12

Intimacy with God is like a lighthouse that illuminates our path and guides us on the right path, it is necessary that we have attitudes of determination, discipline, decision to obey and long to fulfill the destiny and purpose of God; this way we reflect our true devotion to Him.

A church that puts God first is a church with true devotion!

Ezekiel 22:30

We must be people willing to intercede and conquer all that is natural with spiritual weapons. The authority to govern is born of prayer and intercession, so we should not be ashamed of our faith, so we will achieve everything we set our mind to.

A praying church receives the authority to govern on earth!

 

Ephesians 4:16

God will pour out his great harvest to the church that has the determination to work and serve him; the church that wins, consolidates, disciples and forms, to the church that is always willing to go the extra mile, because its motivation is the salvation of souls.

A church that works is a church that is not satisfied, but always goes for more!

It is important to remember that you are part of the generation of servants that will collect that great harvest, so it’s important that you be ready and determined to transform the nations with the power of Christ.

YOU CAN CONQUER YOUR TEAM OF 12

BY G12 VISION

The main purpose of Jesus was to establish the Kingdom of God on earth. He decided to do it by focusing not on the crowds but on His twelve disciples, He established His church and decided to govern it through His team of 12.

In the same way that Jesus did, he wants you to extend the kingdom of God and reproduce the character of Christ that is in you in your team of 12.

If you want to conquer the world for Christ through your team of 12, it is important that you consider the following

Matthew 9:35-36

You and your Twelve need to understand that the most important thing is to get involved in people’s needs to help them; this is the difference between leaders who lose the focus of the ministry and shepherds who demonstrate the love of God by meeting the needs of others.

EVEN THOUGH THE NEED IS THERE, GOD HAS A SHEPHERD WHO IS READY TO HELP, AND THAT SHEPHERD IS YOU!

 

Matthew 16:18

The Lord decided to do God’s work with His team, keeping in mind what is eternal and not temporary, which meant He had to choose sand or rock to form His team. It is important that you form and empower your team in character, determination and faithfulness, so that they will be rocks that stand firm even in times of trial.

IF YOU WANT TO SUCCEED IN YOUR MINISTRY, FORM DISCIPLES UNDER THE ROCK FOUNDATION AND LET THE CHARACTER OF CHRIST BE REFLECTED IN THEM!

• Choose: God sees in your team what they haven’t managed to see in themselves, so choose them and invite them to transform the world through the Word of God.
• Form: Your disciples are like clay, look at them with the eyes of faith, with your words, example and testimony you will influence their lives for blessing.
• Get closer: Invest time in forming your 12 and get closer to them in order to meet their needs; this will break down any barriers they may have and allow you to get to know them better.
• Focus: Keep your team of 12 focused on working as one, and keep them focused on the strength of your ministry.
• Teach: Spend time alone with them so you can build them up and enjoy every moment you can share with them.

GOD ALREADY HAS A TEAM FOR YOU TO GO OUT AND CONQUER!

Cell Groups with purpose

BY G12 VISION

We are called to win souls through cell groups, and as they grow, they begin to multiply and bring more people to the salvation that only Jesus can provide.

It is important to understand that the most effective and purposeful cell groups are those that are faithfully carried out week after week and that can only grow and multiply through leadership.

In cell groups, it is essential to share the message of salvation in order to win people and to bless and restore families. If we teach simple principles of the Word of God in our cell group, these can be applied by the people who attend our cell group, and the message of God will be reproduced in the hearts of many.

A cell group with purpose has the following characteristics:

1. IT’S ALIVE

Romans 1:16

Demonstrates the power of God beyond words by praying for the sick each week and for the needs of new believers.

YOUR TESTIMONY HELPS THE EVANGELISTIC WORK OF YOUR CELL GROUP!

 

2. IT’S DYNAMIC

Acts 2:46

Demonstrates creativity, simplicity and is enjoyable to the attendees.

YOUR MESSAGE SHOULD BE SIMPLE AND INSPIRED BY GOD!

3. IT’S CONSTANT

Luke 16:10

It shows that it is being done in a faithful manner every week.

FAITHFULNESS ATTRACTS GROWTH AND MULTIPLICATION, BE FAITHFUL TO YOUR CELL!

4. IT’S CONSISTENT IN ATTENDANCE

Acts 2:47

It shows that not only are new people coming, but the people who attend every week stay.

WHEN PEOPLE HAVE THEIR NEEDS MET, THEY STAY BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THERE IS AN ANSWER!

 

5. IT IS REPORTED IN THE

Acts 2:47

It shows that the attendees are not only attending the cell group, but they are also being consolidated and affirmed by attending the Church at each family service.

LET THE CHURCH BE THE INSTRUMENT TO CONSOLIDATE AND STRENGTHEN YOUR CELL!

Great works and great ministries have begun in a cell, and being consistent with what God has entrusted to you will lead to fruitfulness!

SET APART FOR HIM

BY G12 VISION

The 2023 Youth Convention, SET APART, was held from June 28 to July 1, 2023 in the city of Bogotá – Colombia. During this convention, more than 20,000 young people attended in person. They experienced the love of God, His power, His fullness, His joy and above all the privilege of being chosen and set apart for Him in order to fulfill God’s purpose in their lives, and impact and transform the new generations.

This convention had very valuable lessons for the new generations:

1. To be set apart for Him is to lose everything for Him:

Philippians 3:11

To know Jesus and be set apart for Him is to lose everything to gain Him. To lose everything so that you know Him, so that you love Him, so that you follow Him and so that your life is only for Him, all the glory will be for Him and you will be part of that glory.

 You are set apart to serve and follow Him!

 

2. To be set apart for Him is to know Him:

Philippians 3:10

Knowing Jesus is the source that every young person needs for their entire life. When you allow the Lord to enter into you, He transforms your heart, transforms your thoughts, transforms your life, your feelings and gives you back the joy you need. God is enough.

Your life has meaning because Jesus gives you meaning to live!

3. To be set apart for Him is to manifest His power:

2 Kings 5:1-3

You are part of the generation that will attract the revival and anointing of the power of the Holy Spirit. God wants to use you to manifest His glory, His power and His love, because you have been chosen to prophesy the word of God at this time.

 Never depart from your faith!

 

4. To be set apart from Him is to waste yourself in Him:

Matthew 26:6-13

As a young person, you are called to leave a mark on this world, but that mark will depend on the decisions you make in this time. The Lord wants you to be exclusively for Him. He does not want to share you with anyone or anything. He wants all of you completely and exclusively for Him. Give yourself to Him with passion. Give more of what you know you can give. Waste yourself in love in Him.

 Leave a mark in the place where it will never be erased, leave a mark in the heart of Jesus!

 

5. To be set apart for Him is to forgive wholeheartedly:

Matthew 18:21

God wants you to experience repentance and confess to Him where you have failed. Then, the Lord will forgive you and you will also be able to forgive others with all your heart. Because being set apart for Him, is to be separated from resentment, hatred, anger, revenge. It is to come closer to divine healing that forgiveness brings, and that you can achieve through Jesus.

 Forgiveness is not a feeling, it is a decision!

Do not forget that you are part of the generation that will transform the nations of the earth. The generation that the Lord will set apart for Himself in order to show His power, His love, His blessing, so that many may have the experience of being reached by God’s salvation.

This is your time, the time to empty yourself, give yourself, consecrate yourself and be set apart for Him.

At this G12  International Conference “The Light of the World 2023”, we received a new anointing and were clothed with the vision to be an instrument used by God to win souls, keep the fruit and multiply it. 

We learned that the basis of the vision is to rely on the Holy Spirit at every step and let Him guide us to let the fire of God burn in our hearts. We were called to make disciples in the nations of the earth and to love souls as Jesus loved them!
