Cell Groups with purpose

BY G12 VISION

We are called to win souls through cell groups, and as they grow, they begin to multiply and bring more people to the salvation that only Jesus can provide.

It is important to understand that the most effective and purposeful cell groups are those that are faithfully carried out week after week and that can only grow and multiply through leadership.

In cell groups, it is essential to share the message of salvation in order to win people and to bless and restore families. If we teach simple principles of the Word of God in our cell group, these can be applied by the people who attend our cell group, and the message of God will be reproduced in the hearts of many.

A cell group with purpose has the following characteristics:

1. IT’S ALIVE

Romans 1:16

Demonstrates the power of God beyond words by praying for the sick each week and for the needs of new believers.

YOUR TESTIMONY HELPS THE EVANGELISTIC WORK OF YOUR CELL GROUP!

2. IT’S DYNAMIC

Acts 2:46

Demonstrates creativity, simplicity and is enjoyable to the attendees.

YOUR MESSAGE SHOULD BE SIMPLE AND INSPIRED BY GOD!

3. IT’S CONSTANT

Luke 16:10

It shows that it is being done in a faithful manner every week.

FAITHFULNESS ATTRACTS GROWTH AND MULTIPLICATION, BE FAITHFUL TO YOUR CELL!

4. IT’S CONSISTENT IN ATTENDANCE

Acts 2:47

It shows that not only are new people coming, but the people who attend every week stay.

WHEN PEOPLE HAVE THEIR NEEDS MET, THEY STAY BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THERE IS AN ANSWER!

5. IT IS REPORTED IN THE

Acts 2:47

It shows that the attendees are not only attending the cell group, but they are also being consolidated and affirmed by attending the Church at each family service.

LET THE CHURCH BE THE INSTRUMENT TO CONSOLIDATE AND STRENGTHEN YOUR CELL!

Great works and great ministries have begun in a cell, and being consistent with what God has entrusted to you will lead to fruitfulness!

Set apart for Him

SET APART FOR HIM

BY G12 VISION

The 2023 Youth Convention, SET APART, was held from June 28 to July 1, 2023 in the city of Bogotá – Colombia. During this convention, more than 20,000 young people attended in person. They experienced the love of God, His power, His fullness, His joy and above all the privilege of being chosen and set apart for Him in order to fulfill God’s purpose in their lives, and impact and transform the new generations.

This convention had very valuable lessons for the new generations:

1. To be set apart for Him is to lose everything for Him:

Philippians 3:11

To know Jesus and be set apart for Him is to lose everything to gain Him. To lose everything so that you know Him, so that you love Him, so that you follow Him and so that your life is only for Him, all the glory will be for Him and you will be part of that glory.

You are set apart to serve and follow Him!

2. To be set apart for Him is to know Him:

Philippians 3:10

Knowing Jesus is the source that every young person needs for their entire life. When you allow the Lord to enter into you, He transforms your heart, transforms your thoughts, transforms your life, your feelings and gives you back the joy you need. God is enough.

Your life has meaning because Jesus gives you meaning to live!

3. To be set apart for Him is to manifest His power:

2 Kings 5:1-3

You are part of the generation that will attract the revival and anointing of the power of the Holy Spirit. God wants to use you to manifest His glory, His power and His love, because you have been chosen to prophesy the word of God at this time.

Never depart from your faith!

4. To be set apart from Him is to waste yourself in Him:

Matthew 26:6-13

As a young person, you are called to leave a mark on this world, but that mark will depend on the decisions you make in this time. The Lord wants you to be exclusively for Him. He does not want to share you with anyone or anything. He wants all of you completely and exclusively for Him. Give yourself to Him with passion. Give more of what you know you can give. Waste yourself in love in Him.

Leave a mark in the place where it will never be erased, leave a mark in the heart of Jesus!

5. To be set apart for Him is to forgive wholeheartedly:

Matthew 18:21

God wants you to experience repentance and confess to Him where you have failed. Then, the Lord will forgive you and you will also be able to forgive others with all your heart. Because being set apart for Him, is to be separated from resentment, hatred, anger, revenge. It is to come closer to divine healing that forgiveness brings, and that you can achieve through Jesus.

Forgiveness is not a feeling, it is a decision!

Do not forget that you are part of the generation that will transform the nations of the earth. The generation that the Lord will set apart for Himself in order to show His power, His love, His blessing, so that many may have the experience of being reached by God’s salvation.

This is your time, the time to empty yourself, give yourself, consecrate yourself and be set apart for Him.

Conference 4 Seasons

CONFERENCE 4 SEASONS

BY G12 VISION

The G12 International Women’s Convention was held May 4-27 in Bogotá, Colombia. It was a unique conference, since it was the first to have a duration of 4 weeks, which took us through all the seasons of the year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. In this inspiring convention, women learned how each season of their lives is designed by God for growth, faith, and the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, drawing on the powerful verse of Psalm 1:3.

SPRING

“Sing, O barren, you who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who have not labored with child! For more are the children of the desolate than the children of the married woman,” says the Lord.
Isaiah 54:1

Spring reminded us of renewal and hope, teaching us that in every beginning there is an opportunity to flourish. Women discovered the importance of planting seeds of faith and faithfulness in God, trusting that He will bring abundance and growth into their lives.

It is the time of laughter, of rejoicing, of colors, of fruits and miracles, of being born to fly.

Faith changes circumstances, you are a miracle about to happen in the hands of the master, rejoice!

SUMMER

But now, thus says the Lord, who created you, O Jacob, and He who formed you, O Israel: ‘Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.’
Isaiah 43:1-2

It represents heat and fullness; we were reminded us of the importance of making the most of each season. Women learned to enjoy and rest in the presence of God, strengthening their relationship with Him and allowing the Holy Spirit to enable them to fulfill His divine purpose.

It is the time of life, of resurrection, of transformation, of faithfulness, of restoration, of freedom, of priorities and answers, and of allowing the Lord to refine our character.

When there is resurrection and restoration in your life, everything in you is new!

AUTUMN

Do you not say, ‘There are still four months and then comes the harvest’? Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest! And he who reaps receives wages, and reaps fruit for everlasting life, that he who sows may rejoice with him who reaps.
John 4:35

Autumn brought maturity, fruitfulness and harvest, realizing that all seasons have a purpose. Women recognized that even in times of transition and loss, God is at work in their lives, preparing for an abundant harvest of blessings.

It’s the time to reap the harvest of renewal, of fullness, of reward, of determination, of firmness, of perseverance, of the grace of the Lord, of critical decisions, of letting go and being prepared to bear fruit again.

There is a garden of fruitfulness and fullness for you!

WINTER

Then Noah built an altar to the Lord, and took of every clean animal and of every clean bird, and offered burnt offerings on the altar. And the Lord smelled a soothing aroma. Then the Lord said in His heart, “I will never again curse the ground for man’s sake, although the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth…
Genesis 8:20-22

Winter, a season of rest and reflection, taught women to trust in God’s faithfulness, even in the midst of adversity. They discovered that the Holy Spirit is present in moments of stillness and difficulty, enabling them to overcome any storm and come out stronger and brighter.

It’s the time to finalize in order to start again, time to light our lamps, time for diligence, time to be prepared and ready, time for formation, time to take shelter, time to clothe ourselves and understand that God is in control.

The brightest light comes after the darkest night!

The G12 International Women’s Convention was extraordinary, allowing every woman to understand the importance and beauty of each season of their lives.

This convention is a constant reminder that our lives are in the hands of a loving God who guides us through all seasons, nourishing us and preparing us to flourish in his perfect time.

The Vision in Korea

The Vision in Korea

G12 Conference – The Light of the World Korea 2023

We just had one of the most powerful and overwhelming experiences during our visit to the nation of Korea in March.

It was 12 intense days of imparting faith, as the Apostle Paul said, but also being blessed by their faith.

We also ministered on the beautiful island of Jeju at the church of Pastors Lee and Che, The Vision coordinators in Korea.

It was 4 days of intense training on the 4 steps of the ladder of success. The entire G12 Korea team and their disciples were motivated, trained and empowered to move forward with The Vision.

More than 2000 pastors and leaders attended, not only from Korea, but also a delegation from Mongolia came to learn more about how to develop The Vision more effectively.

It was exciting for us to see how they love The Vision and are faithfully developing it. Seeing our Pastor Cesar’s books completely translated into Korean is amazing.

We all know that Pastor Cho’s ministry has impacted the world with the cellular vision, and although he has gone to be with the Lord, his legacy is still remarkable.

But as we talked with different pastors in Korea who are in the vision, we found something common to all their testimonies. They all say, “The G12 Vision is a vision that restores families in a comprehensive way,” where it is possible to raise priestly families, something that has been lost in Korea because very few young people are seen in church. But this is not the case for churches that are living the vision. The youth are the most impressive to see: thousands of young people with a real desire to serve the Lord.

We also heard about the case of a Pastor’s son who decided to leave the military (he was a very good captain in the Korean army) to work with his parents in the youth ministry. Like this testimony, there are many more!

The G12 Vision has brought life to churches, restoration and the strength to conquer.

There is more to tell about this experience. . . But more than telling, it is best to experience it. Imagine all that God can do through you and your ministry through The Vision!

The Vision leads you to be light!

At this G12 International Conference “The Light of the World 2023”, we received a new anointing and were clothed with the vision to be an instrument used by God to win souls, keep the fruit and multiply it.

We learned that the basis of the vision is to rely on the Holy Spirit at every step and let Him guide us to let the fire of God burn in our hearts. We were called to make disciples in the nations of the earth and to love souls as Jesus loved them!

Winning our generations through the Vision

The Vision helps you care for your family, lead each generation, and bring them to fulfill God’s purpose in their lives.

We believe that God’s dream is to raise purposeful families, understanding that each family member has a calling to influence society. This call is not only for the leader of the house, or a passionate young man, but for each family member: the man, the woman, and the youth and children.

But now, the real question is: how do I win my generations to Jesus? How do I show them that they have a special calling?

This new generation is crying out for an identity, for a purpose, which is why today we will give you some guidelines for effective winning:

Paul in 1 Corinthians 2:9:19-23 shows how he looked for the aspects he had in common to reach people, likewise, we can try to understand the struggles and experiences of this new generation to pray for their needs and thus get closer.
Pray and visualize specifically these young people and children serving the Lord. Have a constant and tireless cry for them.
Ask for help, use the strategies and events of the church, as well as the help of leaders, focused on these specific audiences and ages.
Trust and persevere, because God has a purpose with your generations.

This is the time God has established for the life of your family, ministry, and generations, they will be impacted by His light and likewise, will impact many.

Remember that We Are One

What a great week!

Every moment was filled with joy, restoration and power.

In all the moments shared in this convention we experienced the true power and the right vision that this generation must have. We are surrounded by many pressures, ideologies and moments that will mark our lives forever.

That is why we need to be focused on our true calling and mission as Christ’s representatives on earth. At We Are One 2022 we remember that we are united as a church, but also that we are part of Jesus on this journey.

Remember every day that you are called, chosen and set apart for this specific time with this E-book that contains the summary of all the preaching of this convention and the best moments.

Study and remember all these words received that empower you for this great time of conquest, remember that We Are One!

The Importance of Cultivating the Character of Christ in Your Disciples

For three years, Jesus walked with His disciples. He taught and corrected them, He showed them the way, and taught them to be different so that when the Holy Spirit came, they could reproduce in others the formation He sowed in them for years.

There are many who come to church every weekend just to hear a sermon and receive a word of encouragement. But we need to understand that for the church of Christ to grow, and for each person to be transformed, we must yearn to have the character of Jesus formed in us.

Just like Jesus, every member of the G12 Vision has one goal: to reproduce the character of Christ in their life and in their disciples, since this is what it truly means to be His follower.

But how do we form disciples who have the character of Christ?

Let’s look at a few characteristics:

• Born again: Many times, people want to do their own will and follow the nature of their own character. But when they are born again, their desire to be more like Jesus grows everyday.

• Read the Word and put it into practice: Your disciples will begin to notice a change in their lives when they realize that the Bible reads them more than they read it.

• Effective discipleship: When there is effective discipleship, their character is perfected and they are formed in love, just the way God formed you.

Finally, as believers, we know that fiery trials perfect one’s character. As the potter makes changes to the clay in his hands to make it perfect, so each member of His church will be formed, and though it may hurt at times, we know that this results in having the character of Christ.

Let’s be His disciples and form more followers of Jesus who want to be like Him!

The G12 Vision has changed my life for the better in every single way!

I was a woman gripped by fear and with a very low self esteem, never believing I could do anything significant for God. Being in G12, I’ve learned so much through the teaching of my Pastors Cesar & Claudia Castellanos, and their team of leaders around the world. They have taught me how to obtain freedom in my life from bondages, curses, sickness and hurts that held me. I have learned how to be a better wife, mother and leader, in a way I never thought was possible.

I can honestly say that my own life, my marriage and family have been totally transformed by God through the dedication, example, generosity, wisdom, direction, discipleship and love of Pastor Cesar and Claudia and those in the G12 family. Today I’m a wife to a wonderful husband, the mother of four incredible children, and together we serve God. I’m also the leader of 12 amazing women who have the same testimony of freedom, and are living out the purpose of God for their lives here in the U.K.

Thank you Pastor Cesar and Claudia for generously sharing the G12 vision and for being faithful and obedient to model it. My husband and I, together with my family will forever be grateful to God for our Pastors and friends in G12.
